Flowers in the Window

Flowers in the Window

Another one of those REALLY popular eats among Instagram food bloggers, Flowers in the Window excels in providing you a very unique cafe dining experience, as well as providing exceptional healthy food straight into your tummies!

As you approach this cafe from the outside, you will be greeted by the lush greenery consisting of potted plants and hanging ferns from the ceiling. Once you enter the cafe, you will instantly feel relaxed and calm as you take in the cosy and quaint interior. I love the ecletic mix of furniture and the range of different seating options in this two-storey cafe.

Level 2 spans across a wider area furnished with wooden furniture. The entire space is very cosy and has a vintage touch where you can simply lay back and relax.

What I really like about Flower in the Window is the food listed on their menu. Specially crafted and uniquely different from the other cafes, every dish has its own flavour that is makes it special from the usual plate.

Menu is also folded like a napkin.

Before our actual food came, we already had a slice of Rose Pistachio Cake as recommended by the staff. Those rose buds on top seemed real enough not to be eaten. As for the cake, the texture was fluffy but a tad dry. The saving grace was perhaps the berries jam in between the two layers of sponge cake which made it easier to swallow. That aside, it was a pretty slice.

I personally would recommend the Chicken Schnitzel! The chicken is really yum, and the sauce works really well with pretty much everything in the dish. The coleslaw is one of my favourite coleslaws, and the whole dish basically just works really well together.

The Japanese Seafood Brunch RM26 got us hooked at first glance. It was definitely one of the most vibrant and appealing breakfast dish I had this year.
The Japanese Seafood Brunch was like an open-faced rice burger, filled with an overflowing of Salmon Sashimi, Crab Meat Stick, Salmon Roe, Avocado chunks and sprinkled with Roasted Seaweed and Edamame.
