Restaurant Woon Kiang   Talking about the Johor Bahru famou cuisine, many people will definitely think about the kway teow gia! Kway Teow Gia is a typical traditional Teow Chew cuisine in JB. It can be found in many places and the most important things is this dishes can be eaten in every meal for example breakfast, lunch, dinner or even supper. Woon Kiang Kway Teow Gia is another famous shop that sold Kway Teow Gia in Johor Bahru and it has accumulated a loyal customers that will visit their shop very often. ROUTINE by Soon   RBS was designed with a casual concept where there are order and pick-up queues in the shop and mostly self-service. Dine in or Take outs are both readily available! Guess this concept suits the younger generation better since we are more about fresh experiences!   The RBS shop is spacious, with large sharing tables and a place that is friendly for group gatherings. Walls are decorated with pastel shades and each seating also has a name behind it. If you have the time or there is not much crowd around, you may look around carefully and even find your name! Even the packaging is so aesthetic! Love the minimalistic look with bold fonts around. As for the food, we ordered two different sets. Each set came with the main dish, a choice of drink (soft drink or mineral water) and a choice of dessert (homemade lemon cake or baked cheesecake*) for less than RM25! So super worth it. Muraii Muraii  is more casual, designed to look like those hole-in-the-wall Japanese izakayas when you step in. From the outside,  Muraii  might look like a Hong Kong restaurant as the entrance is next to a bookshelf with nostalgic ’80s comics. But once you step inside, the cosy tables and hanging lanterns bring you to Japan.   Bloom by Mok Mok Bloom by Mok Mok is a hipster cafe serving up fusion food to Johorians and Instagram tourists alike, with rice bowls, burgers and a plethora of desserts on their menu. Bloom by Mok Mok is not halal certified, but they claim to have no pork, no lard, so depending on how strongly you feel about the need for a halal certificate, eat at your own discretion.     The owner of this café has themed their decorations with dried lavender over tables, walls and its counter.
